The influence of Carole Middleton in the lives of the Cambridges is being heavily scrutinized across gossip sites, including the Daily Mail (3 articles on their website today alone!). One article asserts that Mrs. Middleton is raising a “middle-class monarch” and another talks about her stepping in as caretaker at Anmer Hall – the Cambridges’ residence that is said to become their full-time home while Prince William works as an air ambulance pilot – in the wake of the sudden departure of other household staff.

One big happy family? Not so says Sebastian Shakespeare today in the Daily Mail….
“At the heart of the heir-to-the-throne’s frustrations is the so-called ‘Middletonisation’ of his son William’s life — specifically the inordinate amount of time he spends with his in-laws Michael and Carole, with whom he recently holidayed in Mustique for Carole’s 60th.
In fact, so vexed is Charles about the so-called ‘March of the Middletons’ that he has complained to friends: ‘They never let me see my grandson.’
Adds a source: ‘Carole has rather taken over, dictating when George naps, when and what he eats. All in all, behaving like she’s Queen Carole.’”

Reports have surfaced that Prince George has accompanied the Middletons on their annual trip for Carole’s birthday. Papa Prince William stayed behind as he continues his course at Cambridge.
Flashback to the trip last year, photos were snapped of a pregnant Kate on the island…..
On Wednesday, Prince Harry’s ex-girlfriend, Chelsy Davy, and his current love, Cressida Bonas, attended the same carol service in London. The carol concert was in memory of Prince Harry’s good friend, Henry van Straubenzee, who died at the age of 18 just before Christmas 2002 in a car accident. The Duchess of Cambridge’s mother, Carole, was also in attendance.
